THE INTRODUCTION
First, let me Thank You, for selecting C & C Catering Co. to
assist with all your catering needs. As the Chef and owner of C
& C Catering, I take great pride in preparing the freshest,
excellent- tasting, quality meals as well as providing top-caliber,
meticulous customer care.
We are a professional organization that is licensed, insured and
inspected by the State of Illinois through the Cook County Health
Department.
Our pricing does not include:
Equipment Rental
Linen
China and Glass Rental
Bartenders
Food Servers
Racks (for drop off orders)
However, we do provide limited room decorations for the food tables.
Delivery and Taxes
Food, beverage services and equipment rental are subject to Illinois
state sales tax. All charges including delivery becomes taxable.
Delivery is available seven days a week.
(Monday through Sunday) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
*Delivery arrangements before or after these hours will incur additional
charges.*
Service Charges
Wait Staff: $25.00 per hour (one hour minimum)
Chef/Carver: $25.00 (and up) per hour (one hour minimum)
Bartenders: $25.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per event.
This covers loading, unloading, insurance, wear and tear, handling
expenses, salaries and service charges.
Gratuities
There will be a 15% Gratuity charge added to all invoices for parties
over 20 people.
Ordering
Orders must be placed a minimum of seventy-two hours in advance
of delivery. All hors-d’oeuvres and wedding buffets require
a minimum of 15 day advance notice. All orders must be cancelled
within a 5 day notice prior to delivery to avoid a 100% deposit
cancellation charge.
*Please note that specialty items and wedding orders are negotiated
percent refundable.
*C & C Catering also specializes in planning and coordinating
wedding and formal events. We encourage you to schedule an appointment
to meet with C & C’s Coordinating Staff and Chef if you
are planning a formal event.*
Pricing
All prices and menus are subject to change without notice. All prices
are based upon a minimum of 20 guests plus tax. Please order in
even numbers of ten. You can mix or match any menu items to meet
your specific needs. Feel free to contact us with your menu selections
that may require price adjusting.
Pick-ups
If you wish, you can pick up your order at our centrally located
facility. You may pick up orders
Monday through Saturday. 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

charges.*
Payment Method
Please make all checks payable to C & C Catering or Chef Willie
Cole. We also accept cash, and business checks, for our customer
convenience we also accept credit card payments by phone
(Master Card, Visa. Discover and American Express) there will be
a 2% charge for credit card payments.
Taste testing
Wedding and special private parties, available upon request:
1 to 5 guests $100.00.
six to 10 guests $200.00
Non-refundable
Corporate party rates negotiable (Please speak with our sale team
about rates).
